How can artificial intelligence be used profitably and sustainably in companies? This was the central question of our workshop for small and medium-sized enterprises on April 8 in cooperation with the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Bremen-Oldenburg and tagaia GmbH. In a practice-oriented session, the participants worked on two specific topics and learned how they can use AI to access the documents available in a company in different formats and how they can answer service requests automatically.
