From green ship fuel to virtual smart ports for sustainable energy supply through digitalization - the maritime industry is developing innovative concepts and technologies to save resources and protect people and the environment. In the final of the MCN Cup 2023 on November 21 in Hamburg, the Maritime Cluster Norddeutschland e. V. honored innovative concepts in four categories. As digitalization plays an important role in the projects, BIBA also took part in the accompanying exhibition with the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Bremen-Oldenburg. In particular, the center supported the award category "Digitalization of the Maritime Industry". We would like to congratulate all the award winners.
