In the future, BIBA will support the NorShiP Graduate School together with the IGMR (Institute for Information, Health and Medical Law) and the TZI (Technology Center for Computer Science and Information Technology), AGRA (AG Rechnerarchitektur of the University of Bremen) and the VDE (Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik e.V. NorShiP (North-German Research School for Information Security, Computer Forensics and Privacy) promotes and supports PhD students who deal with the topics of information security, IT forensics and data protection in an interdisciplinary way. The intention of NorShiP is to strengthen scientific and interdisciplinary cooperation. The subject areas include, among others, the topics of information security and data protection. These topics are increasingly relevant in technical disciplines, such as product development. At the latest with the EU-DSGVO and the implementation of Industrie 4.0 solutions. Small and medium-sized enterprises in particular have a need for information in this regard, which BIBA, as a partner in the Mittelstand 4.0 - Kompetenzzentrum Bremen, wants to address with the help of this collaboration.

We are looking forward to an interesting cooperation!
