On the occasion of the Digitaltag on June 18, 2021, the BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik demonstrated several demonstrators around the topic of digitalization in production and logistics. In the virtual tour through the BIBA Shop Floor Lab, the participants learned, among other things, about an autonomous assistance system to support human-robot collaboration in assembly processes, they learned how sensor technology can help with the loading of components and how it brings transparency to supply chain processes. On a tour of the BIBA labs, they immersed themselves in the world of serious games, experienced the Internet of Things up close, and were inspired by digital business models. An all-around successful demo event - according to the feedback of the participants.
